All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Since our service is delivered digitally and instantly, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

No Subscription

Shortprompter operates on a pay-per-use model. You are not tied to any subscription, so there is no need to cancel a plan. Your credits are available for use until they are depleted.

Service Interruption

In the rare event of a service interruption that prevents you from using purchased credits, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and may, at our discretion, issue a credit adjustment.
